Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn was born in the US. Her most well-known role was Skyler in the AMC's Breaking Bad drama, and she was the recipient of the Primetime Emmy Award Outstanding Supporting Female Actress for Drama Series 2013 & 2014. As well as playing Martha Bullock and Jean Ward, she has appeared in The Practice. Anna Gunn began acting as a child as a child in Sante Fe New Mexico. The family moved to Ohio in the United States, where she nurtured her passion for performing on theatre. Anna attended the British American Drama Academy and studied theatre at Northwestern University. Anna had a brief stint in Chicago theatre before moving on to film and TV roles. Anna's first big role was Arden on Down the Shore. She appeared on 29 episodes. As a guest-star, Anna played in Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. Then it was only in the latter part of 1990 when she was cast in an acting role on The Practice. Martha Bullock, a character which she played for two years during Deadwood's 2nd season. She also starred in Breaking Bad as Skyler, in 2008. Sully was one of her roles. Gunn was also on the stage in a David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. Gunn was in the role of Numbered Days, a four-part audio series that was released that will air in 2022. The relationship that exists between Walter White and his wife Skyler is usually the main focus of the story in Breaking Bad with the strained pull on their relationship and eventually its demise echoing the same storyline of Walter White's final days of his life.
