Kirsten Simone Vangsness, an American actress and playwright who came into the limelight by playing 'Penelope Garcia' in the police procedural crime drama TV series 'Criminal Minds'. Her main focus is on television actress but has been in a couple of small roles in movies since her showbiz debut in 1998.
